Order Cancellation

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, size/color preference, or any other personal reason.

7-Day Replacement

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a genuine product issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

• Order number

• Clear photos/videos of the issue

• Photos of the packaging, if required

After verification, we will provide a replacement for the eligible product.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for normal returns or change of mind.

If a product is confirmed to be damaged/defective and a replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be issued.

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
